I have a total professional experience of more than 20 years. I specialize into Soft Skills, Business Skills and Managerial & Leadership Development.

Some of my signature programs are Communication Excellence, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Customer Service Excellence and Managerial Skills.

I enjoy making complicated topics simple by use of everyday examples, case-studies,  metaphors and experience sharing.

Before taking up soft skills training full time, I was an SAP Consultant for 14 years. I worked with Siemens and Capgemini Consulting. I managed SAP projects for global names such as Warner Bros., SABMiller, Schneider Electrical and John Deere.

My corporate term includes 3 years of multinational experience having worked in Germany, Australia, UK, France, and the USA.

By Qualification, I am a Computer Engineer, a Law graduate and a certified Life Coach.
