As an innovation trainer and mentor, I am passionate about driving the convergence of exponential technologies and innovative business models to build a better future. With extensive experience in the corporate world, including my previous role as Innovation Manager at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., I have trained over 3,500 students, mentored over 70 startup founders, and empowered over 2,500 corporate professionals to develop user-desirable products and adopt innovation behaviors.

I work with corporates (from multiple domains - mobility, engineering, beauty, animation, hospitality, healthcare and others) to train their employees on innovative thinking, including design thinking, and help them develop the right mindset and tools to generate valuable offerings. Additionally, I collaborate with academic institutes to train their students and faculty members on innovation and entrepreneurship.

I also serve as an Advisor for a non-profit organization focused on career development for rural students.

My passion for creativity extends beyond my work as an entrepreneur. I enjoy writing stories and poems and am currently working on a fictional project on Corporate Innovation.
