For Roti
- 1.5 cups (for 10 rotis): Whole wheat flour (I use the brand Ashirwad), but any white flour will do
- 1 cup: Luke Warm Water
- Salt per taste
For Puri
- 1.5 cups (for 10 puris): Whole wheat flour (I use the brand Ashirwad), but any white flour will do

- 1 tsp: Ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1.5 tsp: Oil
For Paratha
- 1 tsp of turmuric powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 4 tbsp of oil
- Butter
